Christmas time is finally here! yes, time to get festive at Dana's Makery:(at a bakery, you bake- at a makery, you make).  Both items can be made any of the class dates.  Both are very easy, so grab an extra kit to give as a gift.

We are making "Rudy" the furry reindeer. He sits with a fur body and stick legs. Leather head. A belt with large jingle bells around his tummy and a greenery wreath around his neck. Hanging wreath tag is from a slice of wood branch.  Stick antlers with hanging ornaments. 14 inches tall

The Makery Santa

He stands on a wood spindle.  You know I love these crazy kind of eyes.  When I make them for you its an act of LOVE, because each one is individually sewn. But you are worth it!. Fun fur, green sprig and white poms with a wood "Happy Holidays" tag finishes him off.  13 inches tall

Thanksgiving Class: Old Geezer Turkey

November 1 & 2

He is an old geezer turkey that stands 17 inches tall on a wooden measuring spool. Spoons and feathers on his back and a metal charm feather with "Be Grateful" tag around his neck (sorry tag is missing in the photo). Poor old guy only has one tooth and a bulging eye on a spring. NEW this month you will be able to choose different types of eyes to your style liking. layers of fabric eye, glass charm eye, button or painted eye. A pilgrim and Indian, fall greenery with acorns and a zipper adorn him. He's a quirky, sad guy that has everything to be grateful for...make him yours this month!
